WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched from our suppliers around the world within 5 days. 

From then, for orders to the US and Canada, you should allow 3-6 weeks for delivery, due to longer distances and processing times with local customs offices. 

If you haven't received your item within 60 days, you'll receive a full refund.  

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

All our products come with a tracking ID that you can enter here. 

Heads up that the ID can take around 5-10 days to be activated by the courier. If you're having any issues with tracking your order, please contact us

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

We work directly with partner suppliers all over the world, who ship our items directly from their warehouses. 

NOT ALL OF MY ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED. CAN YOU HELP?

Depending on the order, we sometimes ship items separately, to avoid making you wait for products which take a bit longer to fulfill. If you've placed an order with several items, these may arrive separately. If this happens, we'll provide you with a separate tracking ID for each parcel so you can follow their progress. 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love every product you receive from us, so if something isn't right, please get in touch. We'll be happy to refund or exchange your items.

If you'd like to return the item, please read carefully through our refund policy below, then contact us to begin the returns process. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

To receive a refund or exchange, contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, along with the original packaging. 


Cancellations or changes:
• Heads up, orders can only be cancelled or changed if the item has not shipped yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. 

Damaged or defective:
• Damaged or defective products aren't cool with us. If you receive anything that is damaged or defective contact us for a full refund or an exchange. 

Change of mind:
• If you don't love it, let us know. We'll be happy to organize a refund or exchange for you.

Late delivery:
• We guarantee that if your item is not delivered within 60 days, we'll refund you in full.

How to return your items:
1. Contact us with the reason for your return. If your item is damaged or defective, please provide us some photos.
2. We'll provide the return shipping address.
3. For change of mind returns, you'll need to ship the item at your own cost. For damaged or defective returns, we'll refund your shipping once we've received it.
4. Notify us by email that you've sent the items, and include your tracking code (if applicable)
5. Once we've received your items, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 days.
